As a Content Creator, you'll produce clear, grounded content that explains Njord’s hardware, software, and field operations. Your work will support sales, hiring, customer understanding, and investor communication.

Responsibilities
- Capture and edit short-form content around launches, field work, product updates, and behind-the-scenes builds.
- Create clean design assets: simple animations, crisp UI walk-throughs, hardware shots, motion snippets.
- Develop repeatable content formats that the audience recognizes and engages with.
- Work closely with Product and Ops.
- Maintain a steady cadence across platforms while protecting the brand’s visual identity.
- Track performance patterns and adjust style, pacing, or formats accordingly.
Requirements
- 2–4 years making short-form content for a brand, product, or creator with measurable reach.
- Strong command of visual editing tools (Premiere, FCP, CapCut, Figma, etc.).
- Ability to frame stories that feel real and stripped of marketing noise.
- Fast execution: comfortable turning raw footage or a product insight into a polished piece within tight timelines.
