As a Operations Planning Coordinator, you'll coordinate production, inventory, logistics, and device lifecycle across Njord’s hardware operations. You'll maintain tight control of numbers, timelines, and physical units.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts across components, finished units, and returns.
- Build and update weekly production/assembly schedules.
- Track device deployments, replacements, and field logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers for component orders and lead-time management.
- Create internal documentation for processes, checklists, and asset tracking.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical fixes.
- Possibility of travel for factory visits across Asia.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in operations, supply chain, manufacturing coordination, or similar.
- Competent with spreadsheets (filtering, pivot tables, validation).
- High attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple moving timelines and dependencies.
- Comfortable handling hardware logistics (shipping, returns, testing).
- Bonus: experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, or light QA processes.
