Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify leads in targeted industries.
  • Run structured discovery to understand operational pain points.
  • Deliver clear demos of the Sentinel platform.
  • Manage pilot deployments in coordination with CX and Operations.
  • Draft proposals, pricing packages, and rollout plans.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and realistic forecasting.
  • Document repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and objection handling.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years in B2B sales; ideally mid-market or field-dependent industries.
  • Comfortable selling a technical product and learning the details.
  • Experience with multi-step sales cycles involving several stakeholders.
  • Strong organization: clean CRM habits, follow-ups, timelines.
  • Confident communicator without sales theatrics; clear, honest, direct.
  • Bonus: experience selling safety, operations, workforce, or hardware-enabled solutions.
