As a Partnerships Lead, you'll own outbound and inbound sales, run demos, manage pilots, and close multi-stakeholder deals. You'll build a customer relations and contribute to the success of partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads in targeted industries.
- Run structured discovery to understand operational pain points.
- Deliver clear demos of the Sentinel platform.
- Manage pilot deployments in coordination with CX and Operations.
- Draft proposals, pricing packages, and rollout plans.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and realistic forecasting.
- Document repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and objection handling.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in B2B sales; ideally mid-market or field-dependent industries.
- Comfortable selling a technical product and learning the details.
- Experience with multi-step sales cycles involving several stakeholders.
- Strong organization: clean CRM habits, follow-ups, timelines.
- Confident communicator without sales theatrics; clear, honest, direct.
- Bonus: experience selling safety, operations, workforce, or hardware-enabled solutions.
